BRIAN BLENNERHASSETT - Managing Director co-ordinates all activities provided by the company, with special responsibility for key accounts. He provides personal feedback to client publishers on a regular basis. Also, Irish interest titles are discussed in advance of publication with particular regard to content, jacket design & promotion.
TONY HAYES - Sales Representative to all other customers, Tony maintains regular contact with all group buyers and individual retail outlets. He provides regular feedback on in-store display. This is monitored with Irish Neilsen top seller listings. He also covers non-trade accounts by regular callage and mailouts and this area has shown dramatic growth in recent times.
NATALIE FLOOD - Sales Office Manager. Natalie compiles sales presenters and manages after-sales care, order processing, returns authorisations and mailouts. She also provides regular bulletins to customers with updates on best-sellers, publicity & special promotions
